Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
6 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup TeGarden Farms 'Damn Hot' Jalapeno Jelly
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise. Spread in baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with bacon, chopped green onions and drizzle with TeGarden Farms 'Damn Hot' Jalapeno Jelly.
Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
**If you like it hotter, subsitute the 'Damn Hot' Jalapeno Jelly with TeGarden Farms 'Barn Burner' Habanero Jelly.
